But I would like another one any advice on this topic would help. Just a noob without a clue

As long as the tank is big enough to support 2 of them, no reason you can't. Unless they go on the walk about, and bust each other up.

You could work on getting the one you have to split... when an anemone splits the clones can coexist peacefully in close quarters without stinging one another. But adding another anemone that is not spawned from your original is probably not a good idea in a small tank.

How can I get it to split?

It will when its ready to. You don't want to really put that much stress on it just to get it to split.

It's 29 gallons

I've tried anemones in my biocube and they have showed shrinking, bad color, and many died. I keep all my levels at 0 and monitor my tanks hourly and the bulbs were two weeks old when I introduced the first bubble, that may be why yours is stretching for light. They do not offer enough light for them to thrive, they may live but it is inhumane to the anemone.

I believe it's a quadricolor

And I'm looking at getting a long tentacle anenome, I have a 29g biocube is it safe to get it?

The bubble tip is pushing it on light requirement... Lta is a definite no. These guys can get pretty big and require more light than a biocube can supply. Also as I said they get big. A bubble tip is pretty much all you can have nem wise. They grow large if enough light is available, as I stated earlier (this is just my experience) but a biocube does not offer near enough light for an amenome.

If you look into a smaller T5 or retro fit led kit your nem would grow and look beautiful. I give it 6 months before your setting up a 55 reef :) that's what I did. Look into rock flower anemones. Pretty and small perfect light requirement for your tank
