I want to change some things

At the shop I work at part time I would have room to change over the last guy who took care of the main display so I don't think they use rodi on the tank (it seems prone to algae blooms) also I want to change from one large monthly change changes every other week that add up to that big water change that the last guy does Also I want to add more corals it is only anemones

Stocking is
Snowflake eel
Maroon clown pair
Yellow tang
Green cromis
Bubble tip anemones
Tank is 175 gallons

I want to do 15% water changes every other week
I want to setup a rodi device and use it in the tanks
I want to possibly get more fish in
I also want to add some corals other than the anemones

How can I get my changes done
