I want to try a pico at work

I don't smoke and I have been wanting to find an excuse to take breaks from work since everyone else does. I have decided that a cool pico tank could help out with this need. I have decided that I would like to have a pico tank (4 gallons) at work. I am leaning towards an Innovative Marine just because they are clean looking.

I am new to this and have a few questions

1 I'm pretty set on the IM bit can be convinced of something else let me know if I MUST change my opinion

2 what are some good lighting options for this. I plan to have some high end zoas and hopefully a anemone with a hosting clownfish. Possibly a simple sps like a birds nest

3 now that I have a skimmer I really like them what can I use on such a small tank

4 since I would like to run LED I will need a heat source. Which heaters have people used

5 any of you have a nuvo 4 that you want to sell me at a steal of a deal?

Having an office tank is very fun and relaxing!!!

I have been keeping a Aqueon evolve 2.6g tank at my desk for over 6 months now- keeping zoas, xenia, GSP, maxi mini carpet nem, and mushrooms.
It is easy to take care of as I do not have any fish (I cannot feed them on the weekends and sometimes we have 3-4 day weekends on holidays) I have just inverts, sexy shrimp, a pom pom crab, & some snails.

Because it has a back chamber I have my 50w heater in there along with some gfo & carbon (No skimmer needed) I have added blue LED's to get the coral colors to pop from Rapid LED (the night-light LED kit). Auto Top off is just an aqualifter feeding RO water from a bottle set on a timer. I do a 48oz water change once every 2 weeks with water from my display tank at home so I know the water is balanced.

Just a word of advice. I had a evolve 8 which I just swapped for the nuvo 8 and wish I would've done it sooner. The stock light is much better along with the pump at max output. Not to mention the acrylic is very easily scratched and the nuvo is glass. The filtration system is a great advantage on the nuvo because the water has to flow through the filter unlike the evolve. Lastly the spin stream is a great addition to the nuvo also. With all this said the nuvo is a better buy but if on more of a budget the evolve would be tge way to go being moe than $100 cheaper.
