This is good to know. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. It can be very frustrating. I hope things work out.
 
I wanted to take the time to let everyone know that @noopsyche and @Zach B finally got my light straightened out. It did take longer than it should have, but they went above and beyond to make it right.

The light works fantastically and looks great on my tank.
 
This is good to know. I was really considering one of their lights but customer service being not good is a huge red flag to me.

Same here.

It was frustrating, but in the end they came through.

The light looks great, the app is a bit wonky, but after you figure it out, it does the job.

I’ll start adding my coral to it this week, and I’ll update on how they are doing.
