I was told this fish may be sick

Do you see anything on him? In to QT?

What size tank is he in now?
He is in my 200 gallon tank... I don’t have. QT yet. If I take him out... : ( then I take him out.
I still don’t see anything... watching like a hawk... his behavior is normal.

if I am being honest... I’ve tried to net him... no luck at all!

I dont see anything alarming here at all. I would continue to observe and give a good diet.

The post above by @vetteguy53081 is a great start for foods to try. I use alot of what was listed there. Variety is key. I like to mix several foods together in a jar, give it a good shake after it thaws and add to tank. I thaw more than needed for one feeding and distribute throughout the day, little by little.
I am going to start doing that this weekend. I have seen the LFS guys doing that in their stores too. (I’ve been going to a lot of different stores in the last few months.)

I like to add some Selcon a few times a week. I'll even add coral food into the mix as well on the days I dont use the Selcon. Figure I might as well get some food to everything in the tank while I'm feeding.

google "Humblefish" for a great guide on setting up quarantine system and the needed supplies and medications for doing so. pretty awesome read for anyone not familiar with the setups
