holy cow that is a lot of upgrades in a short time! The tank looks super though. Also it is very cool that your daughter is interested. My girlfriend is into the tank and learns more and more, very fun to be able to share the experience.

Sweet fish room. I made my WC station with just one big pump though, circulate the SW and just have it attached to the FW tank to pump water over (since the FW doesnt need to circulate at least at the rates we use it). Also, careful of those DC pumps run externally, in my experience they start to leak at the volute/pump interface.

That looks like a great skimmer upgrade, I look forward to seeing updates!

The 1000 is gone. I would have had to remove a wall to get it in the house.
