Ice cap 2k

Anyone have the new icecap 2k and having an issue with the controller saying that pump 1 is locked up but when you use pump 2 everything works fine?

I haven’t had that issue, and I am using a single 2k on port 1. I would recommend sending Coralvue support an email and seeing if they can check on it.

I sent them an email earlier. I just thought I would reach out and see if I was the only having this issue. Am finally able to add water to my system and super Jones’s about this pump.

I figured it out. I ended up watching a video. Turns out you can’t have the pump plugged in while the controller is initializing. I unplugged the controller. Unplugged the pump. Then plugged back in the controller waited. Then the pump. Works perfect now. It’s all in the little details. Thanks for the response.
