Ice Cap 3k Gyre

I’ve got a 120 gal 6 ft long FOWLR tank (will add a few nems eventually). My current wave makers are not adjustable and seem too strong for my porcupine puffer as he keeps hiding in the corners of the tank. He also struggles swimming near them. I’m looking at the Ice Cap 3k Gyre and was wondering if anyone has tried them and how many I might need.

i have those exact same gyres on a 6ft tank i would get 2 minimum if you find its too strong you can always ramp it down

That’s what I was thinking. Do you have yours on the back of the tank horizontally or on the sides?
