Looking for a good schedule for these. What wave pattern do you all use and why? Do you decrease glow at night?

I have a smaller gyre and I’ve found that variable flow works the best. I program mine to alternate speed between 20-70% all the time. That moves the corals around in different ways and they seem to like it. I’ve never changed it at night but others might have a different way of programming them. Good luck!!

I run mine the exact same way

During the day I run 2 2ks as a random between 25 and 65% and around midnight they go to 45% constant to make it easier on the fish sleeping
