Ice Cap Gyre 4k pump question

Hello everyone. I am looking to purchase the Ice Cap 4k Gyre Pump. One thing I specifically want in a Gyre Pump is to be able to control the output at any given time. Example- During Morning Hours say from 8am - Noon I want to be able to specify during that time that the pumps output is only say 30% maximum power. During the night when the lights are Off at say like 10:00 p.m thill the lights come on in the morning at 8:00 am I want to run them a 90% maximum output.
Will I be able to be time specific with output with this pump?

The new Ice Cap Grye line is controllable by 0-10 volts so i would say yes. I will know more next week when mine arrive so feel free to IM me the middle of next week and i will be happy to let you know how setup was and how I am liking or not liking the pumps so far.
