Ice lcap gyre and Apex

I am considering getting two ice cap gyres that have the dual output controller and want to control them with my Apex's 0-10v output. If you use the apex for control do both pumps have to run the same program or is there a way to use two 0-10v channels through the icecap controller so each pump can be controlled separately?
