IceCap 1K Gyre clock

with the time change I can’t figure out how to change the clock on my IceCap 1K Gyre... instructions aren’t helpful as it says use the power button but when I hit that it puts it into feed mode... if I hold it it turns off pump... please help if anyone knows what steps I’m missing
