IceCap 3K Gyre settings recommendations

Looking for some advice/opinions on flow settings for my 3k Gyre. I have a 75 gallon mixed reef. I’ve placed to 3k on a side panel opposite the overflow. I’ve had it for about a year, but just bought the extra parts for the rotating gyre function. I want good overall water movement but don’t want to have my fine sand bed blown all over everything. Thanks for sharing your knowledge & experience. This is my current flow schedule:
8:30 Pulsing mode +40%
10:30 Random mode up to +80%
16:30 Alternating Gyre mode +40% 6 sec 6sec -30% 6 sec 6 sec
18:30 Pulsing mode +40%
21:00 Constant mode +10%

Did you figure out how to run this gyre best? I have one at the end of my 4’ tank and the waves his the other end so hard and go down the side of the glass even at 10%

Yes & No, I do have great flow at the top of the tank, still not truly happy with the flow at the bottom, especially at the opposite side of the tank. I end up with dead space or a sand storm. ;Rage I also have recently taken off the “B” wheel to not use the Alternating Gyre mode, it didn’t impress me, but most likely because of the way I had it programmed and/or placed in the tank, not a flaw with the device.
I’ll take down my current schedule & send that to you in a bit.

I run mine full pulse at 90% and leave it creates a back and forth pulse

WOW! At 90% I’d have half the water blown out onto the floor. I think the highest I have mine set is like 40%. May play around with the settings on mine later on, it’s a dreary rainy day here...

Yeah dunno if my pump is faulty or not but it's at 90 there is a patch of sand that was blown away but I've left it like that
