Keep in mind that the flow pattern of this thing makes it seem like a whole lot more. I had it running on 20% Which is 600 GPH on a 20 gallon tank and it was pushing major water. I now have it on my 40 breeder. And you're very welcome
I have mine 30% on a 240, along with a Tunze 6105. The powerhead pushes a lot of water. If I turn off the 3k for 12 hours and then run it, things just rise from the bottom. It suspends everything. Great flow pattern.

By the way, if someone that has an icecap 3k knows how to leave the controller screen ON please let me know, the screen just keeps turning off and I just think its cool to see all the LEDs and numbers that the controller has! thanks!

Lile others have said, I wouldn't go by the gph. It's VERY powerful. I have it on a 93 cube and anything over 60% sloshes water over the sides. And that's with the pump mounted towards the bottom. I had a hard time positioning it at first and found that if I mounted it diagonally, it worked best, without stirring the sand or going over the sides. It's towards the back right and aimed to hit directly in the center of the front glass.
