I have two of these ballasts available. The label on one is in much better condition than the other, but both were factory refurbished in summer 2015. One was used for 1.5 year and the other has not been used since then but I don't remember which so let's assume 1.5 years use on either one. I have a heatsink I can include the the one with the bad label to offset that drawback.
Asking $65 shipped per ballast. Buyer pays paypal fees. I also have a wiring harness and 4 VHO endcaps that I would throw in for an extra $10 with purchase of one of the ballasts (that turns this into a complete retrofit).
