IceCap/CoralVue: Excellent customer service

Greetings all,

Recently purchased an IceCap K1 Nano Skimmer for my Waterbox 20 build. After 3 days I noticed the pump would "pulse" for 2-3 seconds, seem to stall, and then pick up again. I opened a ticket with CoralVue support. In less than 24 hours, I went from having an issue, reviewing the issue with support, a new DC Air pump is being shipped, to ticket close.

Wanted to throw a kudos out there to Jeff@CoralVue and his team for a great support experience!

It is. But one month? I didn't expect anything for free but a discount on the pump would have been good PR
