Icecap Gyre 1k problem

I just unboxed a brand new Gyre 1K and the LED controller will power cycle but nothing else. The screen is blank and the pump doesn’t turn on. Anyone else have this issue? I’m assuming it’s broken.

Not that I'm aware of, mine has always just powered up and worked
