Icecap gyre 1k wont turn on

I placed my controller in feed mode when it turned back on the flow goes for a few seconds and then to 0. Placed on manual and auto and still turns on briefly then to zero. Just purchased this tried unplugging still nothing.

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the exact same issue.

mine does that every now and then either when they get dirty and it just needs cleaned or there has been a couple times after cleaning and I put the cages back on and push them in just a tad to far and it locks the cages up. I know it seems odd that it could just happen after doing feed mode but I have seen it happen to mine before.

Mine does this too. Make sure the cable coming out of the powerhead is not to taught. I think the connection is sensitive. This always seems to fix mine.
