Icecap gyre 3k settings

I have it on my 40 breeder. Looking to see what mods you guys prefer and why?

I’m trying to get a good setup for my mixed reef. Mainly sps though

I have it on a 40b as well I run 5 time periods. I’ll have to look for an exact setup when I get home but this is roughly what I have.
Tp1 9am ramp up to +50 6sec ramp. 30 sec max
Ramp down to +10 6 sec ramp 15 sec min runtime
Tp2 11am random pulse max 30 for 4 sec I think
Tp3 2pm + 40 for 1 min ramp down to -40 for 30 sec
Tp4 5 pm reverse 50 for 1min to + 20 for 30 sec
I can’t remember what five is or if I have a 6th setting but my idea is to simulate the tidal currents
