Icecap gyre 4K or Neptune WAV?

I’m debating between getting a pair of Neptune WAVs or icecap gyre 4ks.

my tank is 5’ long, 130 gallon, will be only softies and LPS with fish.

I like the inter connectivity and no extra cords of the WAVs on my apex, but the flow pattern of the gyres seems like it would be better for a softie tank.

anyone prefer one over another? Pros and cons of each?

my tank has angled sides so being able to angle the pumps is an absolute must so MP40s are out.

The WAV pumps would be perfect if not for the reliability issues.

I vote IceCap, I like the flow gyres provide. Easy to replace guards etc. tons of availability etc.

Yeah I liked the idea of the WAV, but pretty much every single review I've read says they fail at the 1 year to 18 month mark, and they even shortened the warranty on them from 2 years to 1 year. I really want to like them but I think the IceCap's are just going to be a better option.
