icecap gyre interface

So I did have an original maxspect gyre xf250 and the icecap gyre to apex interface module.

My maxspect gyre died the other night, and maxspect discontinued that line of gyres. I was looking at the newer 4k gyres as I like the flow they provide.

My question is, can the icecap apex module control the newer 4k gyre? I do not see a "newer" module that can control the 4k pumps. I emailed coralvue a couple days ago, but have not heard back from them yet. Figured someone around these parts has tried it, and can tell me if it works or not.

I would love to purchase just the pump as I won't need the controller if the apex module will work. FWIW the pump alone is quite a bit cheaper then the pump and controller combo.

I did email coralvue on the matter also. Heard back from them yesterday. No they will not work together. The 4k has a different plug end.

I am not an apex user, but the new gyre controller have a 0-10v port that is compatible with apex. So, if you get the controller, you dont need the interface.
