Icecap gyre not working

My icecap gyre is not working. I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is. Updated firmware to 190. Cleaned pump yesterday, worked after cleaning. The app sucks so hard to know what I’m doing wrong. Haven’t messed with it in a ling time. I attached a pic of my status lights and my schedule and mode. Hopefully somebody has some insight.

Having the same issue. Bought mine yesterday. Set it up and it seemed to be working outside the water. Set up a schedule and now nothing. Any help?
 
I’m having this same issue on new pump setup and updated firmware now it’s a brick . Anyone know how to fix this issue

Is this the older model? My LFS says if you contact the company they will replace. Something screwy with its software I believe. The newer model has fixed this issue , I think
What’s the model number?
 
It’s brand new bought from lfs I don’t know model number it’s on a clients tank and I had to leave . I tried calling support and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I opened a ticket
 
Same here I had it working out of the box then it said it needs to update , now it’s a brick
 
I was seriously about to drive to my LFS and purchase the new Ice Cap gyro. He recently told me the newer model had fixed the connection problems. But if this is the newest model I’m hesitant to make the purchase.
 
Seeing the same thing here with our 4K. It only runs forward even when the app says it's running in reverse. Running version 192 right now. I see "Stored version none" but if you select experimental you can still type in the previous version number to download. I believe we were on 190 before. I downloaded that and after reverting to it, cleared the local cache (same menu as the update firmware button). The lights went off for a good couple of minutes after I chose to revert the firmware. After it was back up I cleared the local cache, then selected to reboot the device. On reboot it appears that the firmware version I applied is still there (190), and the reverse function is working again. I just need to be sure not to click update firmware when it prompts me that there's an update available until they fix 192.
I'm in the process of trying this now. I'll let you know how it works out.
 
How do you get into change the firmware , I was looking for that option but couldn’t figure out how
