IceCap Gyre Pumps not working after app update

I updated the Hydros app today then my pumps stopped working. I tried troubleshooting but I could not control the pumps so I uninstalled the device on the app. Now the app wont recognize the pumps to add. I did a factory reset on the side, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed wifi but nothing worked. I hope yoi can help me. Thanks.

The controller has no buttons. I have the white one which it looks like they discontinued.
