And I don't mean a small hum. Anything over 60% is super loud and annoying. It's a month old,and has been loud from 2 weeks on. Suggestions?

What model? Is it new or used? Their support is great, so if it's new I'd give them a ring. If it's old then a clean may help if gunk has built up and dried.

When I get home from work I notice mine is louder than it should be. I'll turn it off then on and that seems to correct the problem. It's frustrating because it's a daily issue seems like.

Same problem. I will power cycle my IceCap 3k Gyre and it quiets down. 5 minutes later, it's back to its irritating loud hum. Sometimes, it will switch off entirely, with no warning. The issue began a week after purchasing new from a reputable on line distributor.

I have never had to worry or think about the other pumps on my tank, aside from regular monthly cleanings.

So far I have updated the firmware and cleaned it reassembling according to the instructions. Has anyone figured out how to fix this annoying issue?

I have had had my gyre since November and it definitely is loud at times. Cleaning doesn’t seem to resolve the issue I have just accepted it

Check how the bushings are installed. I assume it's similar to the Maxspect layout, some times the bushings aren't set right and it can cause the paddles to vibrate.

Take it apart. Check the bushing on both ends.
Mine was really loud and it happened to be that.

With ours I noticed it would get loud and if I stopped the pump and saw bubbles come out of the blades I thoroughly cleaned it. I'd soak in vinegar and water for 24 hours then take it apart and brush it clean. It was good for a few months at a time. Bushings can be an issue too.
