Icecap gyre running in reverse

Just installed the icecap interface module on my maxspect 330, set it up as shown in the coralvue videos. Got everything setup except it only running in reverse. Anyone know how to fix it?

Using hydros?

Go to output setting for that pump and turn on "invert rotation".

May be the same solution. Look for a setting to reverse rotation.

3 possible issues:

1. Is the Gyre motor mounted upright? I once accidentally put it back in my tank upside down after cleaning and it shot water up out of the tank rather than downwards.

2. Are the rotors installed with the blades facing the correct way? Like above, they can be mounted in reverse orientation.

3. Are you using the Alternating Gyre Mode cable? This cable leverages one 0-10v output to control speed, and a 2nd 0-10v output to control motor direction. When that 2nd output is set to 0% it rotates forward, and when set to 100% it rotates in reverse.

1) Gyre is mounted correctly
2) Rotors are installed correctly
3) Using the Alternating gyre cable mode. When I turn the 2nd output to 100% it stops the pump, at 0% it stays in reverse
