Icecap Gyre

I have been searching and playing all day with no luck. I just got 2 Gyre with 2 Icecap's hooked up to V3 and V4 on Apex. I am looking for the easiest way to program one Gyre to run at 60% for 30 sec and the 20% for 30; the other Gyre to run 20% for 30 secs and then 40% for 30 secs. So when one is on high the other low and vise versa. Any hints??
