Icecap k-100 protein skimmer Issues

Howdy,

I have had this skimmer for about 5 months now - it's running on my frag tank it worked really well other than the adjustment always getting out of tune... annoying

Yesterday, I found it spewing water out of the collection cup thought oh it is out of tune again.. emptied it and cleaned the mess. The following day it was doing it again and I noticed this time that the silencer had some water in it and the intake plug which extends off the pump appeared to have water in it and I never remember having it. I took the skimmer offline for 2 days to let it dry out thinking it was a freak thing. I had the pump taken apart and inspected for any issues.

I fired it back up today and with the skimmer at the lowest tune the bubbles flow right up to the collection cup and the silencer is filling with water again.. what could be the issue. Some photos attached.

Seems like the air isn't getting infused now?

I’m having the same issue with mine now. Worked perfectly, but now it seems like the Venturi just isn’t working to inject air into the water. Everything looks perfectly fine.
