IceCap K2-120 Skimmer Help Needed.

Sorry for putting this under the RO thread but there isn’t one for the IceCap Skimmers.

I’m running the IceCap K2-120. Great skimmer! However I’m having a very irritating issue I’m hoping someone can help me with.
The “blue ring” on the Output Controller has come loose (or was always loose) allowing the controller to move freely up/down, I can literally pull the controller up without resistance where upon it’ll slide right back down, thus making it very difficult to maintain proper water level inside the skimmer after dialing it in.
Any suggestions for a possible fix would be much appreciated. TIA [emoji846]

Sorry for the delay. Please submit a support ticket at coralvue.com/support with several photos of what your experiencing. It sounds like a bond gave way and may need to be repaired or replaced.
