I recently used chemiclean to get rid of some cyano. I had the skimmer off for two days.I did a water change and put some carbon(charcoal) as advised. When I turn the skimmer back on it produces tons of micro bubbles. It's also overflowing no matter what setting I adjust it to.Does anyone know what's happening with the skimmer?

This is normal after using chemiclean. You can wait anther couple days or remove the cup and just let it overflow for a while. It will eventually calm down.
