Icecap WiFi Controller/pump issues

Last 3 days straight it won’t give me anything other than read only mode yet says Bluetooth is connected...

these things have not been the trouble they’re worth.

any tips? Their customer service help is lacking

Contact icecap who offers very good support

Make sure your WIFI network uses a password. It will not work without one even though there is no mentioning that password is required on the setup instruction or in the app itself.

Carlos did excellent work and would recommend them to anyone. I was using incorrect methods for getting help and that was the delay

My whole setup just did a software update. After I did it one of my controllers worked fine and the other stopped working. I had to go in and just change a setting on the schedule and re-upload it and it started working. Maybe try to see if there’s a software update.
