Icecap XF130 Interface Control Module - Solid Red light

Removed my wavemaker to clean and reassembed. When powering up the module it starts with flashing red light, then goes solid red. I unplugged the power, pump and apex and re-powered only the module. All I get is a solid red light. Any advice?
