Do you a separate QT tank setup? Kordons Ick attack won't properly eradicate ich. You would need copper power or copper safe at therapeutic levels (2.50 ppm) in QT setup, can't be treated in display unfortunately. You'll need a reliable test kit such as Hannah checker to ensure you're at treatable benchmark. Based on the photo you posted it does confirm ich.
