Need help! I have no quarantine tank but I am experiencing some kind of parasite in my reef tank. Maybe be ich or marine velvet I just dont
Know how to get rid of it prepping myself for the worst.
But is it possible to keep Corals and invertebrates with no fish?
will the A parasite die off if I only keep corals and invertebrates?

Yes you can technically. You’ll need to direct feed your corals and inverts. I suggest a small QT setup though. Doesn’t need to cost a lot or take take up to much space

How mamy corals do you have and how big and how many fish ?? What id do is get a big enough tank to move the corals or fish too.. and put some of your live rock in it so you dont have to cycle the tank.

Then do hyposalinity in your main tank or the QT tabk whatever you put the fish in and do that for 1-2 months.. 2 months is what id do. And youll be ich free. The corals will be fine with no fish.

I had 30 frags sps lps leathers in a 20 gallon tank with no fish for 2 months.. while i did hypo in my main tank... its been 5 months and ich hasnt been back
