Ich and yellow coris wrasse

have any of you guys had any experience with wrasse catching ich my yellow coris wrasse seems to have white blotches over its body but only when the light is hitting him right and only on one side I know that all fish are susceptible to ich besides mandarins but I heard wrasse were almost susceptible I would post a picture but he swims to fast to get a good one with an iPhone camera

It might be a bacterial infection rather than ich. Without a picture it’s impossible to tell.
