I posted a similar post earlier so pardon me if this is redundant.
Yesterday, I went against my own golden rule about quarantining all new arrivals. I got a Naso tang in today for @LIVEAQUARIA that was infected with Ich (I think) that somehow passed their "rigorous health inspection".... Anyway, I had been waiting (it took them two weeks for this to arrive to add my Purple Tang (that had been in quarantine) together with the Naso into my display tank with a good sized Powder Brown to help eliminate a fight (or at least minimize it). I ordered a medium size Naso and what @LIVEAQUARIA sent me was a Juvie that was covered in ich. I mistook it for Juvie white spots until he was released under the lights of the DT. I spent the next 6 hours chasing this little bugger around my aqua scape until I finally caught him. My QT is 20 gallons and was only meant to house a couple of fish at a time and he is now in there now being treated with Copper Power. He survived the night and is now eating. What is the probability that my display tank is now infected? I'm guessing probably high. Since this fish went through some form of inspection (which I doubt since they sent the wrong fish), I'm praying this started in transport and not days ago. I cant move all of my livestock to a 20 gallon QT without getting an additional QT to the tune of about 50 gallons to house my fish assuming I can get them all out without breaking down the entire system. @Humblefish thinks it could be Brook, which I know nothing about but he doesn't appear to show slime or sagging flesh, but he now has white blotches which could be transport or net scars. There is no sign of anything wrong in the DT YET.

What suggestions can I get on how to go forward?
I admit this was mostly my fault to try to keep the peace in my tank but c'mon @LiveAquaria, step up your game.

Mucus will begin to slough in late stage ich too. Ich does seem likely given that it’s quite common in tangs. Those singular spots seem to suggest ich to me, but I’m still new to this.
@vetteguy53081 @Jay Hemdal
The dt likely does have ich (even if not it’s best to be cautious).

The spots do look a bit large to be ich, but I've been fooled before, if the fish is pretty small (no real size reference). I don't see any signs of Brooklynella, and tangs rarely get that anyway.

I've heard that Live Aquaria now drop ships from a large 104 street wholesaler in LA. I've dealt with that facility and they are good, but they move a LOT of fish, so things can get through. Divers Den animals are still held in Rhinelander.

Nobody can really tell you what risk your DT fish have, just wait and see I'm afraid.

@Jay Hemdal this is duplicate ,replies here .

New Naso Tang. Is this ICH?

@Humblefish Same fish 2 days later. I cant figure out what this is. The ich seems to have fallen off, but he has something else also. Possibly velvet? These are the best photos I could get. There is a lot of debris from a sheet of nori.

Some of the large spots are stress spots that Nadia show. The other white stuff could be secondary infection following ich, or it could be (rarely) brooklynella.
Can you get any clearer photos? Sometimes a short video works better.
