Ich- cali - sand what am I looking for?

I have a chocolate tang and as usually I look into the tank and somethings up. Blue lights are on so it’s hard to tell but my tang has like what spot on his fin and his tail. I also see him rub on the sand bed so I have been keeping an eye on him but I think he’s got something. I never handled a fish with anything like that so plz help. What am I look for. What do I do? Thanks for the help.

If he is rubbing, he probably has ich since it is just a few spots.

You had a coral beauty die of unknown reasons and added another. So definitely likely some parasites.

The other coral beauty had no signs of parasites but it wasn’t doing well because I had HLLE and it had something wrong with its swim bladder but I can’t really see them in the white light and they look like fuzzy spots if that helps you
