Ich epidemic

So my blennys been nipping his tail and flashing and i think he has ich. What should i do? I’m currently setting up a qt system but it doesnt have any water in it yet, should i get some ich medication? And would a 10 gallon uncycled qt be enough for a clownfish, royal gramma, and blenny? Should i add some coral rubble to the back for cycling?
