When i remove all my fish to a hospital tank, and leave my DT fallow. Can i leave coral, inverts, and nem in DT? And treat just fish for ich?

Yes, the ich will not hurt anything but fish. However the DT will need to be left fallow for 72 days for all stages of ich to be dead and gone.
