So, I've done plenty of reading on this but I'm getting nowhere. I have one remaining fish left, a clown, and he's covered in ich. Both clowns have been in QT for over a week and treating with Metroplex, but one died today.

Losses in the last 2 weeks: starry blenny, flame angel, clown, royal gramma.

Someone please tell me what to do to save this last remaining fish.

QT tank is 10 gallon with hob and live rock, no substrate.

Ammonia, nitrate, nitrite = 0/0/0
Ph 8.2
Salinity 1.023
Dosing water with metroplex every other day per instructions. Water change 10% once per week.

Help?

Hi there! I"m sorry but Metroplex doesn't treat ick. You'll need Copper for this. Read this link Copper or if you can get a vet to write a prescription Chloroquine phosphate will work very well.

Assuming this is ick and not velvet, there is also Tank Transfer Method

You will want to make sure you have a bio media in the HOB filter and remove the live rock. Get a Seachem Ammonia Alert badge for your tank. I would recommend picking up Coppersafe since it is widely available. Normally for Ich it is recommended to ramp up copper concentrations slowly but you will want to get to a therapeutic level fairly quickly since the Ich infestation is so advanced. You will also want an API copper test kit to go with the coppersafe.
