Ich in reef tank!! Help

At last on top of all my bad luck and stress lately I have spotted rich on my hippo tang and yellow tang. I have corals and shrimp and no QT tank and would rather treat the whole tank. What can I use that's reef safe? Going to get it tmrw so need to know asap please. Should I start by increasing temp?

Went the natural way and it seemed to work. Been feeding meaty food and such. Looks good as of now!
