5 months into new reef tank and I have ich in my new reef aquarium, bought a quarantined regal tang but it got a stressed and started to show a few spots a couple days after I added it to my tank. Now the clownfish all have it too and are struggling.

I have increased the tank temp from 80 to 82 to try slow the reproduction but already lost one clownfish. Two more looking like the one attached, started FishAid treatment but not seeing any improvement after 3rd dose. Have UV sterilization in my sumo that runs at night, should I change it to 24/7 except when dosing meds?

Also just noticed both my starfish are now dying, I don’t think they can get ich so maybe the Kick ich or the Rally Pro are too strong for them.

Sorry to hear that mate, it's a terrible shame.

Only one thing to do if you want to eradicate it! Quarantine tank, copper treatment and a fallow tank for 70 days. Give it a quick search here on Reef2Reef - there has been a handful of similar posts just this week! :)

Watch the Bulk Reef Supply series on fish quarantine as well; will help you along the way.
