Only day 6 of 20 of curing process and have lost three fish can see the fourth about to go down

this is a real bummer

How are you curing them?

What type of fish?

Have you confirmed it's ich and not velvet or something else?

Pictures of affected fish?

IMO, You should be using copper.

Yes I'm tempted
Yeah not the best of times, I’ll get through it tho only 14 more days and finish the cycle of Polyp labs medic, and see where we stand

all you can pretty much do

but on the side note
My corals all look dang good

Any suggestion on what
I’m running a 75 gallon off a fluval 407

(yes I know I need to go to the sump)

just waiting for the upgrade to a 250-300 gallon and I’ll do the sump setup

Your fish is stuck under a rock
So everything was fine when I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning, the hippo was what have looked like tried diving sideways under a rock to get into a tight spot and was stuck between the sand and a rock. So when it was noticed I got him out of it and he was stressing and struggling to swim and than monitored him for a few days and seems to recover was able to swim perfectly fine all over the tank. Than started to see the signs of ich than the breakout happened all over

It sounds as if you are trying to treat Ich in your display tank.
If so, that is unlikely to work.

Are you certain it is Ich? Post photos of the fish under white light.

If it is Ich, you will need to move the fish to a bare Quarantine Tank and treat there.

Clean the 407 asap ,
That’s the thing, from reading up I can’t find anything that says if you can do any sorts of a water change during the “dosing”, the 407 holds 3 gallons, I wanted to clean that out completely and also 25% water change but can’t see if you can or not

"Quarantine tank" equals a wheeled garbage bin or a tote with a heater, powerhead, and airstone. I live in the middle of the boreal forest and could rustle up that much even if I didn't have the supplies on hand. Heck, you could probably even run a quarantine at room temperature for several days if you didn't have a heater on hand. :)
