Ich, lympho or cleanse shrimp scratches?

Just got my emperor in my DT after a month of cupramine treatment as she developed a bit of ich during QT. She also had a few lympho spots (tail) on her for the duration of QT that have disappeared I believe courtesy of my cleaner shrimp.
Been in the DT for a week now and I just tonight noticed a few spots on her. No one, including my clowns and filesfish have any signs.
opinions? Having gone through a parasitic outbreak in a previous tank years ago, I’m putting all fish through a 30 day QT.

Consider boosting the immune system with Beta Glucan. Make up a fish "smoothie" with an assortment of frozen fish cubes: mysis, brine, chopped clams, fish eggs, etc. Take one of each and place into a dish. Let them "slump" (melt) in the fridge. Pour off the excess liquid or even better strain. Mix the food with Focus + Beta Glucan. The mix will stay good in the fridge for a few days. My fish love it. Beta Glucan info below:
