Hi there , I'm currently under Ich management since 5 weeks, since 2 weeks fishes looks healthy again and normal behavior, no more scratching, flashing or anything else, my actually stock are 2 ocellaris, 1 damsel 1 chromis, 1 hawkfish, 1 powder blue tang and 1 wrasse , so my question about is : Can I add new fishes at some point ? I just want to add some anthias and that's it , you think will be possible? Or is too much risk due the ich management?
Thanks in advance...

Some Anthias can be a bit fragile and prone to uronema. If you get uronema in your tank, even going fallow will not remove the parasites.

So would you recommend some specific anthias like a hard one or another kind of fish or better nothing ?

Of course you can add fish. I hate the name "Ich Management" and I prefer "Immune".

Going with "Immunity" you want parasites in your tank so there is no need to try to eliminate them, that is called "quarantine".

But you do need to keep those fish healthy and one way is feeding correctly which means no dry foods like flakes or pellets.

If you have a very new tank, as I assume you have, it is hard to keep the fish healthy no matter what you do.

But only feed either fresh or frozen foods which will have living bacteria in it which is what those fish need to get and stay immune.

I would add some bleenies, they are cool.

Good luck

My tank is over 4 years old , Ich problems started with the powder blue tang , it was quarantined so I guess my tank was already infected but the other fishes in there was immune in someway but just guessing that because before powder tang was no problems with ich with chocolate mimic tang and yellow tang never showed any spots or something else, actually they like flakes from a German company Dr.Bassler, the used to eat frozen but not anymore, powder blue eat the all day red and green nori algae from Ocean nutrition and selcon vitamins, so what else do you recommend for fresh food , I'm adding some fresh plankton but they are not interested, I have some mysis spirulina frozen food also from ocean nutrition but they don't like it ....

Like I said, "no" dry foods. Only Frozen or fresh if you want immune fish. Dry foods are all processed and heated to kill bacteria and parasites, They also have preservatives in them that will not help the fish keep their gut bacteria that controls their immunity.

I use live white worms which I grow very easily and LRS frozen food.
I also have clams that I can buy live and I freeze. Those are the best foods to keep fish immune.

Ok I'm gonna try but I know my fishes are kind of difficult to take new foods.
Thanks for your help and time.
