His appetite is still very good, he doesn't scratch or swim into the power head at all He swims normal around the tank and he doesn't hide when the lights are on. As I've been monitoring him I haven't noticed any twitching or anything like that.Definitely looks like ich and maybe a mixture of velvet. How has his appetite been? Any odd behaviors, swimming in power head or hiding when the lights on? Twitching his head?
I have done the FW dip, it didn't help with the eyes nor did I see any flukes come off.He definitely has ich. Glad he doesn’t have any of the other symptoms. He could possibly have flukes as well considering the cloudy eye. I would try and pull and do a fresh water dip to rule out flukes.
That is almost definitely a moderately advanced case of ich. As you may be aware, at a certain point, the Cryptocaryon will reach a geometric progression stage, and this fish will falter. In addition, the "propagule pressure" from all of the tomites given off will overwhelm the other fish, and you will see them also become ill. You are right on the cusp of a big issue I'm afraid. If this is a FOWLR, you might consider treating in-situ. I hate to be a "debbie downer" but I think you need to get some treatment started in the next 24 hours, right away if possible.
