Ich on black and white clown?

I bought two b&w clownfish and I don’t know if I didn’t pay attention very much when they were in qt but they seem to have very small white spots on them? Idk if this is just parts of them that are naturally white or if it’s ich they behave like normal and eat like sharks, should I put them back in qt? They every once in a while will dip down to the sand and like brush the sand, it doesn’t seem like they’re itching more of a playful dive lol

I kinda figured the sand thing was normal I do know clowns aren’t normal haha

Not really, they just look like color pigment in a way. Would ich look like a grain of salt on them?

I’ve never treated for ich, I’m not sure for 100% if it’s ich just seeing what everyone thinks

Usually hard to tell with clowns. They have a thick slime coat so ich is usually not seen on there exterior. Most ich parasites for clowns harbor in their gills. Could be sand or ich at this point. I would wait until tomorrow to see if the spots are still visible then we can start to worry.
