Ich on Blue Hippo?

What is HHLE?
HLLE (Head and lateral line erosion). - it doesn’t look like HLLE. Just keep feeding them well and soak food in garlic and vitamin. Feed lots of nori. Keep him in the tank and monitor it for few more days

We have extremely stable water and very clean water as we run an U.V. at 100%. I do soak all food(mix of rods, krill, mysis, brine, plankton, algae, bloodworms, sometime tube worms, green brine) in garlic and vitamins, have since we first got our aquarium a year ago. Feed 2-3x a day because I have a wrasse. I put in 2-3 sheets of nori and algae a day and even buy the expensive colored kind (forget the ladies name on the package) as well as ocean nutrition pellets and frozen algae cubes.

She has the same tiny 3 dots on her today. No others. Wonder if they are scratches from wiggling inside the rock work. We had a 6” YT that was bullying the two new tangs as soon as we put them in so both their fins got sliced before we took the YT out. Could
Be stress from that or scratching herself trying to get away. I’ll continue to keep an eye each time I feed but stay out of the room otherwise so she isn’t stressed. Our aquarium is built into our full size bar so no reason to go down there unless I need a drink lol. It’s dark with no windows, just aquarium lights.

We have a 180g and only 3 fish about 3-4” each, 2 small snowflakes, 3 small pj cardinals, watchman goby, lawnmower blenny, small royal gramma and some cleaner shrimp and snails so it’s far from overstocked.
