Had these clowns for 3-4 days now. These pictures were taken 30 minutes apart. First pic with two white dots and the second pic same fish same side with no white dots.

The pair of clowns were breathing heavy even though my water and salinity are perfect, and I just vacuumed and cleaned the whole tank this morning.

I did a 1 hour paraguard dip after my LFS told me the rest of the batch (another pair) died at their store yesterday. They did say mine looked a lot better than theirs though.

HELP!!!

As far as your tank? Is there anything else in it? You should probably remove the fish and put them into quarantine and treat.
do not treat your main display if you can avoid it. If you have no other fish you can leave that tank fallow (no fish) for a period of time to make the tank ich free.
