Ich on Flame angels eyes?

what is on my angelfish’s eyes? It looks like possibly Ich but idk so if I could get some help ID’ing the disease that would be awesome

I believe flukes can infect the eyes. You can confirm with a freshwater dip for 5 minutes

I think they are flukes.

Have you done a FW dip? I would recommend doing so if you haven't. I see some tattered fins as well. Which is also a symptom of flukes.

I started to dip and the angel was fine then layed on it’s side on the bottom and started breathing rapidly so I pulled it out don’t know if that was right thing to do but it stopped moving entirely so I freaked a bit

It's completely normal for a fish to lay on it's side on the bottom during all or part of the FW dip.

You need 5 minute duration to find out if flukes are attached as they will start to detach if present during the 3-5 minute mark.

Were you able to complete the FW dip?

Make sure the PH and Temp match the water of your aquarium. Also add air-stone for water water circulation, I like to add a small amount of prime or amquel ammonia reducer, but not necessary.
