Ich on my blue hippo.

So I believe my blue hippo has ich I noticed some small white spots and light whitish film on him so I immediately removed him and placed him in my quarantine tank. I thoroughly inspected all other fish and they do not seem to have any signs .

What should I do ? How do I treat the ich ? Any suggestions?

I am concerned my large tank may have ich now.

Looks more like marine velvet which is typical on blue hippos .. I read they are photosynthetic so keep my lights off as much as possible … no other signs on any other fish . I will try to get a picture
